What GRAILS is
GRAILS is an index of links and information about rep sellers and shopping agents. GRAILS is not a shop. We do not sell, stock or ship anything, and we are not a party to any purchase. When you buy, your deal is with the shopping agent and the seller.
Use at your own risk
Everything on GRAILS is given as it is, with no guarantee. We try to keep it correct, but sellers change items, prices and stock, links stop working, and photos may not match the item you get.
- We do not guarantee any seller or shopping agent.
- We do not guarantee the quality, size or condition of any item.
- We do not guarantee shipping times or that a parcel arrives.
- We do not guarantee that a parcel passes customs.
- A GRAILS Score, a buyer rating, an AI QC check or an Ask answer is an opinion from the data we have. It is not a promise, and AI answers can be wrong.
Prices
Prices are the sellers' prices and change often. Prices in USD or EUR are estimates from daily exchange rates. The agent fee, shipping and any import tax are extra.
Customs and the law
Most items on GRAILS are replicas. They can be stopped, taxed or not allowed in your country. You are responsible for checking and following the law where you live. Customs by country.
Affiliate links and paid placement
Many Buy and sign-up links carry our invite or affiliate code, and the agent may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Some sellers pay GRAILS to have their pieces shown first in some piece grids. Paid placement is not part of the GRAILS Score. More about how GRAILS makes money.
Trademarks
Brand names, model names and logos belong to their owners. GRAILS uses them only to describe items. GRAILS is not linked to, sponsored by or approved by any brand. If you own a right and want something removed, contact us.
Fair use of the site
Do not attack the site, overload it, or copy large parts of it with automated tools.
Liability
As far as the law allows, GRAILS is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from buying through a link on it.
