Contact GRAILS
The fastest way to reach us is the GRAILS Discord server.
Questions about a piece, seller or agent
Ask in the GRAILS Discord. People answer there, and the GRAILS bot can show QC photos and prices for any link.
Sellers and partners
Sellers, shopping agents and other partners: join the GRAILS Discord and send a DM to the GRAILS staff.
Wrong information or a listing to remove
If something on GRAILS is wrong, a link does not work, or you want a listing removed (for example, you are the seller or you own the rights), tell us in the GRAILS Discord. Say which page it is.
Problems with an order
GRAILS does not sell or ship anything, so we cannot see or change your order. For a problem with an order, a payment or a parcel, contact the shopping agent you used. The agent can also contact the seller for you.
