11.11 guide for rep buyers
11.11 is the biggest shopping week of the year in China. Here is what to sort out before it: an agent account with coupons, the sellers to buy from, what people buy most, and when to order.
Agent coupons and sign-up links
New accounts get coupons, so sign up before 11.11. These are the sign-up packs we checked on 29 September 2026. 11.11 coupons are posted by each agent close to the day. Amounts change and are set by the agent, not by GRAILS. Full agent comparison · How to claim.

Questions
When is 11.11 in 2026?
Wednesday 11 November 2026. It is Singles' Day, the biggest shopping day in China. Taobao, Weidian and the shopping agents run their own events around it.
Do rep sellers lower their prices for 11.11?
Some sellers run discounts or shop coupons, many do not. GRAILS shows the price we last saw on each piece, so you can compare it with the price on your agent before you buy.
Which agent has the best 11.11 coupons?
Agents post their 11.11 coupons close to the day, so check your agent's coupon page. The new-account coupons are known now: Sugargoo gives ¥800 in 14 shipping coupons, and KakoBuy's pack with published rules is ¥1,300 for shipping (checked 29 September 2026). Most of these coupons are for shipping, not for the pieces.
Will shipping be slower after 11.11?
Often, yes. Sellers ship many orders at once, so pieces can take longer than the usual 3 to 7 days to reach the warehouse. Shipping lines are busy too. Plan a few extra days.
When should I order to get my haul before Christmas?
Order all pieces by about 25 November and ship the parcel by about 4 December. Pieces take 3 to 7 days to reach the warehouse and most shipping lines take 1 to 3 weeks.
Does the new EU customs fee matter for 11.11?
A little. From about 1 November the EU adds a €2 handling fee per item type, on top of the €3 duty that started in July. A big haul costs a few euros more. It is not a ban. Read the EU customs guide on GRAILS for the details.
Does GRAILS sell anything?
No. GRAILS lists independent sellers and links to shopping agents. Some agent links carry a GRAILS code, which earns GRAILS a small commission. Your price does not change.
In numbers (17 October 2026): GRAILS tracks 275,363 pieces from 175 sellers. In the last 30 days people clicked buy 2,820 times on 1,821 pieces. The top 12 brands below got 932 of those clicks. 7 agents with a sign-up link, coupon facts checked 29 September 2026.
