Reps customs in United States
Since 29 August 2025 every parcel to the US pays duty, however cheap: the $800 duty-free limit (de minimis) is suspended for all countries, and for China and Hong Kong it ended on 2 May 2025. Parcels must be entered with customs, by the post or by a courier, and the duty is collected on the way. Fake branded goods in a parcel can be seized and destroyed: the personal exemption for one fake item covers only goods you carry when you arrive, not parcels.

¿Pago aduanas por reps enviadas a EE. UU.?
Desde el 29 de agosto de 2025 todo paquete a EE. UU. paga arancel, por barato que sea: el límite libre de arancel de $800 (de minimis) está suspendido para todos los países, y para China y Hong Kong terminó el 2 de mayo de 2025.
¿Qué pasa si la aduana de EE. UU. retiene un paquete con falsificaciones?
La exención personal (un artículo de cada tipo con marca falsificada, cada 30 días) aplica a productos que trae una persona al llegar a EE. UU., no a paquetes. Los productos con marca falsificada se decomisan y, salvo que el dueño de la marca lo acepte por escrito, se confiscan; CBP informa al dueño de la marca sobre la importación. Los productos falsificados confiscados se destruyen.
