What do GL and RL mean?
GL is green light: nothing visible that most buyers would return for, so tell the agent to ship. RL is red light: a flaw most buyers would return for, so ask the seller for an exchange or refund before it ships.
Does it compare the piece with the real one?
No. It judges what is visible in your photos against a QC checklist (shape, stitching, glue, logo placement, symmetry, size). It is an AI opinion, not a batch verdict or a guarantee.
Are my photos stored?
No. They are resized in your browser, sent once for the check and not kept. Only the verdict text is logged so we can improve the checker.
I do not have QC photos yet
Most agents send them 1 to 3 days after the seller ships to the warehouse. Until then, the QC finder shows photos other buyers received for the same link.
