The AI names the piece from your photo, so similar pieces show up too. Check the QC photos before you buy.
Questions
How does it work?
An AI looks at your photo and names the piece (brand, model, colour). Then GRAILS searches its catalogue of rated sellers for that piece and shows the matches, the closest first.
What photos work best?
One piece, clearly visible, like a product photo, a screenshot from Instagram or TikTok, or a photo you took. Collages with many items are harder.
Are my photos stored?
No. The photo is resized in your browser, used once for the search and not kept.
