What is the GRAILS Score?
A number from 0 to 10 for each rep seller on GRAILS. It says how safe and how good a seller is to buy from, based on what we know about them.
What goes into it?
The GRAILS rating (Most known, Best, Mid, Budget) counts for about 55%. Proof counts for about 25%: how many of their items have real QC photos, and how big their catalogue is. Buyer ratings on grails.fit count for about 20% once a seller has at least 3.
Can a seller pay for a better score?
No. Some sellers pay to have their pieces shown first on GRAILS, but paid placement is not part of the score.
Why does a seller say not enough data yet?
A score needs a GRAILS rating or at least 3 buyer ratings. We would rather show nothing than a number we cannot back up.
How often does it change?
Every day. New buyer ratings and new QC photos move the score.
