Reps customs in Poland
From 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2028 a duty of €3 per item applies to parcels from outside the EU, and Polish authorities say the consumer does not pay it: the seller, platform or their representative does. VAT has been due on all imports since 1 July 2021; without IOSS the post or courier collects it before delivery. Small parcels with fakes can be destroyed with the receiver's consent, and customs can hold goods for 4 working days without a brand owner request.

Zahle ich Zoll auf Reps, die nach Polen verschickt werden?
Vom 1. Juli 2026 bis 1. Juli 2028 gilt für Pakete von außerhalb der EU ein Zoll von €3 pro Artikel, und die polnischen Behörden sagen, der Verbraucher zahlt ihn nicht: der Verkäufer, die Plattform oder ihr Vertreter zahlt ihn.
Was passiert, wenn der Zoll in Polen ein Paket mit Fakes stoppt?
Bei Post- und Kurierpaketen mit höchstens drei Stück kann die Ware im vereinfachten Verfahren mit Zustimmung des Empfängers zerstört werden; Markeninhaber können eine Strafverfolgung verlangen. Der Zoll kann Ware 4 Werktage zurückhalten, ohne dass ein Markeninhaber es verlangt.
Wie lege ich in Polen Widerspruch gegen eine Beschlagnahme ein?
